Memorable at Noveotel Phuket Kata Avista

I would like to share my experience at Novotel Phuket kata avista. Firstly the location was perfect near the local shop, restaurant, and many small shops all around so convenient. The hotel service provided a shuttle bus every hour round trip to Kata beach make more convenient for your relaxing time. The room was quite big, the bed was tamely comfortable, and they had no plastic which is better for now in this situation. For the restaurant the food was great, various things to choose from the breakfast and a big coffee machine. Lastly, I would like to appreciate the service there, they always smile and greet us whenever we walk through the lobby. Especially Ms. BEE, who always greets us every time. She has many suggestions guided us to travel like a local person. She organized my birthday to be very surprised in the room. I would like to thank her and the staff at Novotel Kata Avista lots. The place and the people make me gorgeous memorable. I will come back here for sure.

I’m stay in room 428. The hotel very nice place, friendly for the family. The breakfast has many things to choose. The staff very nice. The location of the hotel very perfect near the market. The staff name Bee at the reception so kind , she helpful and very precessional services. I will come back for sure.

The hotel environment is quite beautiful. Can see Kata beach very beautiful. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Grace service attitude is very good. Her Chinese is super. Very convenient for us. Welcome drink is very delicious and refreshing. All five stars

Thankyou thankyou the Novotel for such a beautiful stay. Special thanks to Grace, Bee, Pan, Pure, Meow, and all the restaurant staff it was a beautiful stay!! We will visit again. The resort was sparkling clean and the staff were so attentive. The food was excellent and the location was great!!!

I rate my experience in this hotel as 5 out of 5. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. My family and I stayed in a family room. It was really big and everything in the room was in working order. The bathroom is big. It has 2 sinks, a bathtub and a separate shower place. The room has a wash basin. It has 2 beds - one king size and one queen size. There was a free flow of bottle water. The room was clean. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The play room for kids is big and a lot of toys for kids to play. There are 2 swimming pools - a main one and the other one for kids. Both the pools are big and clean. Overall, my kids and I had a good time and stay in the hotel.
