Everything looks new in the room and there was nothing missing or needed. The breakfast had a wide range of foods and the coffee was good too. I didn't need to ask for anything but there were staff around main door entrance all of the time.

Was alright for the money. Very convenient location for where I needed to be in Glasgow. Staff could look a bit more happy, but tbf I'm wasn't expecting top customer service. Requested a quiet room and was put right next to the lifts which in my opinion is almost a laughable joke and exactly the opposite to what I requested. Room was very clean and well presented although the bed was like sleeping on a rug. I like a hard bed but you'd of broken a bone if you'd of fallen on to it.
