Good location, nearby the airport, nice swimming pool and clean but there’re some mosquitoes in the room, stayed in villa, bungalows little noisy. We stayed both in bungalow beachfront and hotel, i prefer hotel room rather than bungalow, breakfast is good, good services…

I vistied here for travel with my friend. We are so satisfied with the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable:) and the pool was wonderful. And the staff Nhu was really nice and kind❤️ i will visit here next time when i get a chance to visit Phu quoc again:)

Novotel was a perfect place to enjoy everything we were eager to, swimming, tennis, kids programs.. etc. Even though it wasn't a super new place, everything was neatly organized. My daughter especially loved kids programs and we adults also loved family programs e.g. cocktail class and cooking class. Chef Tam's spring roll was really yummy. And tennis coach, Mr. HAI!! He made our trip the most memorable one. It was a really hot day in PhuQuoc but he did his best to help us have a good time playing tennis! He was really a good teacher. We are looking forward to visit Novotel PhuQuoc again soon :)

It was a good decision to choose Novotel for my first Phu Quoc trip It's located in the middle, so it's good to go to the north or south, and it's close to the airport It's not the main night market, but the accessibility to the night market in Sonashi is good, and the massage shop is close. And I was so happy with Trang's kindness Good hotel conditions and friendly staff If you come to Phu Quoc, I would like to recommend Novotel Hotel

The place is really great, everything is clean, the room, the swimming pool etc. We had a beautiful room with a big bathroom. The restaurant is really good especially the breakfast! A big thanks to Trong FX, who was really friendly and welcoming !!!
