This hotel have ticket and bus go to Sun world have symphony of light and sound where night seeing for eat and drink. For Accor member do not miss for all it eat at 16:00-17:30. I like beef berger and cold cut set. And funny games in the Beach in evening

This place is excellent. A range of facilities ranging from nice pool, great private beach, free use of kayak subject to availability. This time the sea was choppy so didn't get to use their kayak but we are sure to come back again on our next trip to Phu Quoc.

We travel extensively to different countries, always staying in 5-star hotels. This is our first time in Phu Quoc, and we are absolutely delighted with your service. The food is excellent and delicious, and the cleanliness of our floor, D-8, is exceptional. Pillows and bed sheets smelled of previous guests, even after us asking to change them. Mini fridge didn’t work and took us 4 attempts to get one that worked (barely). The staff is rude and really make you feel you are not welcome. Specially after if you complain about basic things. We have a baby and couldn’t store the milk on the mini fridge. They couldn’t care less. On a family “friendly” resort. Also the guests are quite noisy and the food from breakfast is really bellow standards. I got sick during the holiday and couldn’t leave the room for 2 days. On the day after we asked to change our sheets (the smell from previous guests was pungent) they “forgot to clean our room” and the receptionist said that our room would be prioritised (I complained at about 5PM). The most outrageous thing on this resort is that if you complain, they make it even worse (hoping you don’t realize). Right now i am writing this review lying on a bed completely disgusted with the smell, still sick, almost throwing up. It’s really one of those holidays/resort you count the days until you leave. I regret so much choosing this resort.

While we prioritize guest requests, specific timing should be coordinated in advance with our reception team to ensure timely service. We understand your concerns about the minibar and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that our staff made several attempts to adjust the temperature and replaced it multiple times to meet your needs. Additionally, as minibars are not designed to perform as standard refrigerators, we offered to store your baby’s milk in our main kitchen refrigerator for proper preservation. We are sorry if this solution did not fully meet your expectations or if there was any misunderstanding in our communication. Regarding your comments about the room arrangements, we want to emphasize that our manager personally assisted your family by facilitating a room change to better accommodate your preferences. Our team strives to address guest concerns promptly and ensure a comfortable stay, and we regret that these efforts did not appear to be acknowledged or appreciated. Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor. Real 5*. I highly recommend it. We have been vacationing in Vietnam on Phu Quoc Island in winter for over 8 years now. We prefer hotels on Long Beach, because that is where the sunsets are fantastic, I would even say crazy. Last year we decided to try a hotel on the east coast of Phu Quoc Island. The choice fell on the Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor hotel. The hotel exceeded all our expectations: we liked it very much. Territory. Magnificent, very large (by the standards of hotels on Long Beach on Phu Quoc Island) and well-kept territory with a whole cascade of large landscaped and multi-level pools (photos 1-7). The territory is simply gorgeous: large and green enough, so finding a free sun lounger is not a problem. There are water slides for children. There is a good fitness center (gym) with a free sauna and hamam. If you want to visit the sauna, you need to warn the management about 30 minutes in advance. Beach. The hotel is located on the first line of the very beautiful Khem beach. We consider it one of the best and most beautiful on the island. The cleanest sea and beach with white fine sand (it seemed that it was finer than on Long Beach) and a gentle entrance to the water (photos 8-12). Rooms. Excellent. Modern and spacious. There is everything you need. Large balcony. We recommend taking a room with a view of the hotel territory and the beach. Excellent Wi-Fi (in the rooms, on the hotel territory and even on the beach). Breakfast. Excellent. In our opinion, the breakfast corresponds to the 5 * level. There is everything: smoked fish, assorted cheese (parmesan, also with blue and white mold), sausage, jamon ... Very cool coffee (note that in Vietnam, even in the cheapest hotel, coffee is not OK, but super OK). After such a breakfast, you don’t need lunch. Staff. Friendly, welcoming and well-trained. Always ready to help and give advice. Good English. They know how to make wonderful and unexpected surprises. It was my wife's birthday. At lunchtime we returned to the room. A bed beautifully decorated with flower petals, a festive plate with sweets and fruits and a greeting card written in calligraphy were waiting for us. We were pleasantly surprised. Many thanks to the management (General Manager Michael Britt (Mike) in particular) and the hotel staff for our wonderful stay.
