the room was overheated, despite all attempts it was too warm and you could hardly sleep, staff and breakfast and room itself was fine! But if I stay in a hotel just for sleeping and cannot sleep because of the warm room...

Good location just close by to the main train station. The rooms are small but really new and very clean. They are align in the segment where this hotel is set, so no complains at all. It was not noisy, but when a (outside)door was openning/closing everything was a bit loud and shaking a bit. The breakfast was the weakest point. Considering the segment of the hotel, it is probably good but with a very small effort, it could be better. Like including some more fruit or a couple of things more to choose.

Must say I was more-less regular guest for last 1,5 year and I am significantly more satisfied with rooms after the renovation. What could be done better is breakfast, variety of offer could be better.
