Clean and fresh room provided perfect environment for a short business trip. Only let down slightly by the online check in service which did not work despite taking a long time and asking for unexpectedly detailed info.

Staffs are all attentive and very helpful. Did online check in and got the room before the check in time. The hotel situation to the U bahn station which is 1 stop from the main Stuttgart station.

Good location, clean rooms, but missing standards of a 4-star hotel

The location of the hotel is good, central, which is our main reason to choose this hotel. Reception team was very friendly during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but there were several points not reflecting a 4-star hotel. We were two people but the number of towels were for one only. There was not a cattle in the room. There were not slippers in the room. Other bathroom consumables, like soap, were limitted. The plastic leakage barrier at the bottom of the door of the shower area was missing, that is why after every usage the floor of all bathroom gets wet.

Very poor service. Towels were not changed when needed. The bottle of water was not replaced daily. No minibar or fridge. One of the receptionists was very unprofessional and rude. Breakfast was the same for the whole two weeks. Overall, the room was clean and tidy but the hotel does not meet the 4 stars rating.

I don't understand, why the bar is not open and even worse - why there are no kettle in the room to make a tea, like it was before? how it is protecting against Covid? wrong idea.

I find it completely inappropriate for a hotel of this category and price range to serve breakfast from a paper bag. Not to mention the huge mountain of packaging waste. Unfortunately, this is not communicated but only announced after check-in.

Breakfast only for take away, bar closed, restaurant closed, no kettle and coffee in room (but could be ordered from downstairs)

Friendly and resourceful staff at reception providing Us with key indications and hints. Ample rooms. Missing key elements: complimentary water without glasses; no mini fridge; no boiler and no tea/infuses. All in all NOT a 4* experience.

We stayed one night only. I would say from safety perspective all was arranged fantastically, very strict yet clear rules. But the facilities of the hotel and our room itself were quite moderate, for Mercure standards. Yet it was a pleasant stay overall.

With luggage, rather too far from the central station for a comfortable walk, especially if one does not know the way. The room quite comfortable.

The room quite adequate: perhaps more room for luggage needed. Desk appreciated. Disappointed that no breakfast: any but the simplest hotels should offer it. When I arrived in the early evening, the breakfast room in a state of disorder, as if there had just been a party there.

At this time we were not able to offer breakfast due to Covid-19 restrictions and hygiene standards. We just had a work around to change this to a To Go version. The service at the reception was not the most friendly, to say the least. Very good bed and wifi, but some basic stuff in the room (a glass to drink water out of?) would be convenient.

I booked the room with breakfast and I when I arrived at the hotel I got the information about the not possibility to have it. Many other hotels in Germany are organized to satify the Covid rules. At least I would like to know during the reservation of the room that it will be not possible. I also suppose that an hotel in the centre of Stuttgart should be organized. I think that I will wait before book other rooms in acccorhotel.
