Stayed one night after a long drive prior to our early morning flight. Suite was very comfortable, they upgraded us free of charge. There were a few added extras like a TV in the bathroom although we couldn't get it working. We didn't eat at the hotel but went for a drink in their bar which is very relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Elrica on the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and out.

Club milliseme lounge was superb. Lovely food and drink. Sujeewa and his colleague were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely upgrade to a club room when staying here in the future - would highly recommend for anyone flying from Heathrow T5

Sofitel hotel Stayed at the Sofitel before flying to Tokyo the following morning, Prior to staying I made an error with my booking & was panicked, I spoke to Egita in reservations who was incredibly helpful & professional , she solved my query & gave me peace of mind, ( thank you Egita ) so nice to these days to be able to speak to a person who works at the property & not a generic call centre Another great stay & relaxing start to my trip

My flight was cancelled and I had missed the deadline to change or cancel the booking. When I contacted the hotel Werner Gomindes was incredibly helpful and allowed me to put the reservation on hold and then when I was not going to be in LHR overnight for the foreseeable he allowed my parents to use the night. Prompt and courteous responses and very accommodating.

Another excellent visit to the hotel and a special mention for Sujeewa who provided great service in the lounge and it helped make our stay even better. We travel a lot and to have such a good experience enhances the trip. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the day we checked out, everything was to perfection and nothing could be faulted.
