The hotel is based in the town centre of Reading where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. Reading also hosts the annual Reading Festival. The hotel is also only a short drive away from the Madejski Stadium Leisure facilities Day Pass in Novotel Reading Centre available for £8 when staying with us. The Staffs are Amazing, good customer service, serene environment. I would definitely love to come back here again on my next visits ✌🏾 The breakfast was nice , room service came on time for cleaning and the bar drinks were great……………………..

Welcoming was great at check/in. Room most comfy except I think a comfortable small armchair would enhance comfort greatly & an expandable washing line in shower. I had to “complain” tv did not receive all channels but I commented at Reception & all was swiftly fixed. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful, thanks. However I was very disappointed my free gift of drink at bar as per my key card folder - but I was declined as I was”only a Classic member”. But the key card wallet was given to me at check-in saying have a drink on us - staff member just totally refused me repeatedly!

It was a nice, clean room, but I was particularly pleased with the bed. It felt like floating on a cloud!

Well located for visiting families

Unable to view sporting events such as the FA Cup semi final and the London marathon. This is due to no transmission on BBC1 in our room. This problem has been occurring fo 2/3 years totally unacceptable ruined our weekend.
