Our stay was very average. The bedding wasn't clean when we arrived and didn't get changed throghout our stay. The folding bed wasn't comfortable. The water in the pool was cold.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. And it didn't disappoint me at all. During check-in, the staff at the receptionist desk offered me to put my bags in the luggage room (because I was early). And on the check in time, I was assigned to a nice room. The room was nice and quite spacious. The room temperature was nice, the wifi worked very well, and every feature presennted in this room worked as they should. I only had a minor issue rwgarding the shower head in the bathroom. It couldn't be positioned to any other direction other than to the floor. It made the bathroom floor was wet abd a bit flooded because of the water splashed from the shower head. Even the carpet in the bedroom was wet. The wet floor was quite dangerous in the bathroon Is it possible to make changes about this issue? I know it may look not significant, but having a wet floor in the bathroom is dangerous, even for younger guests. Can you please address this issue? During check out, I had difficulty in taking my luggage, so I asked the receptionist to get me a taxi, which she did. Small gesture that helps making a big difference. So, kudos to the staff at the receptionist desk who have helped me and provided me such a wonderful service experience.

Pros first - Staff very friendly and helpful especially Mila on Reception. Breakfast very good. Bar very good and Katrina on the bar. Cons - Bedding, the sheets were too small for the single beds and were like cot sheets. Duvet covers did not fit and mine had a hole in it. There is no mirror near electric sockets and the perfect place would be above the dressing table. We ladies need that for drying our hair. Our carpet was badly stained. Not enough tea/coffee in the room and we kept having to ask at reception for more. Shame the TV had no English speaking channels. Overall though the hotel was clean, comfortable and friendly.
