Tiny grubby not like pics

Really tiny room with twin beds in. Not full size singles. Not even got proper mattresses on and sheets don’t cover the mattresses. We itched all night. They weren’t interested in talking to us and wouldn’t change room. Not at all like the pics. Really dated. Didn’t even my 8 day parking listed. I double booked parked so we took car with us but wouldn’t have liked to leave car there anyway

Good Morning, thank you for your review. our room measurements are on each room type when booking on our website and third parties. but we are sorry this wasn't to your liking. our sheets are made to fit each size bed correctly, we are sorry for your view this wasn't the case; if we were made aware we would've been more then happy to rectify or move your rooms. i am sorry you felt this was the case at reception we are always more then happy to help. good morning if 8 days parking was booked it would've showed on the system if not this could've been an unforeseen technical error and we apologies if this occurred. we look forward to seeing you again ! kind regards Faye Graham
