The room was a litte shabby and in need of redecoration. No hand towels or flannels just tiny bath towel Breakfast very underwhelming very little choice of cereal and toaster barely worked. No bacon on hot choice & sausages were cheap tasting It seems the quality has gone down in general at this hotel which I have used on a few previous occasions. No WiFi available the whole time we were there either The good point is staff very friendly and helpful

Good evening, thank you for your stay and leaving us a review. We do apologise about the wifi not working it was a server error with our provider and as it was a weekend it was difficult to get someone to fix it. This is not an excuse however we tried everything we could and unfortunately we could not fix the issue, we do apologise for the inconvenience. We also apologise about the breakfast I will pass this onto the team to ensure breakfast is kept replenished and of good quality. We do hope to see you again soon, Josh Ibis team

Breakfast was good, staff very helpful but WiFi didn't work nor air conditioning in the room

Good evening, thank you for your stay and we do try to be as helpful as possible. We appreciate the WIFI not working is an inconvenience and we apologise for this, however it was due to the server going down. We tried everything we could but as it was a weekend no one would come out to fix it, again we apologise for this and we understand this is not the guests fault. Awful breakfast experience absolute worst i’ve ever experienced. No coffee from coffee machine broken. No water No bacon No pastries No orange juice. No side plates for toast. No teaspoons for drinks. There was so much left empty where there should have been food I got sick of asking.

Good evening, I am very sorry about the breakfast we were extremely busy, that is not an excuse but we do try our best to make sure everything is topped up and available to guests, however in this case we obviously did not and we apologies sincerely. Hopefully other aspects of the stay was better and hope to see you again soon, Josh Ibis Team

Very basic and old interior. Lacking space for breakfast, with food and drink not replenished well at all.

Firstly the staff are simply lovely. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very comfortable. The food in Charlie's was good. The location was perfect for joining a cruise.
