On arrival we had a free drink , there was 2 booked in the room so I would have thought a drink each but we only got 2 . Then our room was a superior room again booked for 2 but only 1 chair to sit on , when I enquired at reception I was told generally only 1 person uses the rooms which didn’t help us . If this is your policy why would I stay at Mercure again ?

We understand your question, in France the drink voucher is only valid for the card holder and therefore only for a reservation. Staff are fantastic Breakfast is excellent Room is awful if you are taller than 5 foot can’t use the toilet radiator in the way . Embarrassing room to be honest Won’t stop again
