Lack of quality and service in once a really nice place

It was our 4th time in the last 1.5 years at Club Prive in Belek. Unfortunately, it got much worse than it was before. The last positive reviews here are probably from the people, who don’t know how it can be. It’s a nice location, you can use your own villa and the cabana on the beach and also the facilities of the hotel Rixos Premium. It’s quite beneficial for the families with children (Kids Club and Kids Pool). The villas are getting older - the doors get difficult to open, there is mold in the bathrooms, the furniture is quite worn. The food is not fresh and worse than the one you get in the main hotel. E.g. the tuna tartar was not fresh judging by the colour and the taste, the salmon in the salad was not cooked properly - quite raw, waffles for the breakfast- burned, syrniki - just a hard piece of flour without any taste of the cottage cheese. The dining carte got bigger in comparison with the one even 4 months ago, but the lack of quality is obvious. We both got food poisoning in the middle of our vacation. After that I didn’t feel safe to eat at the Club House. And the main point - service. It has just gotten terrible and we are people with not so many demands. Waiting times - for food or buggy - at least 30 minutes, also for something small like coffee and a croissant. Problems communicated to your butler are handled in the way “your issue is very important for us”, but you never get a solution to it. Our own cherry on the top: 3 times in a raw the fast track was booked for us for the departure flight. This time we learned that, apparently, “the policy of Club Prive changed” in the airport. Nobody cared to let us know before that, even considering we were not the first time customers. Apology was not offered. The attempt to contact the higher level of the management to clarify it was not successful, which speaks also volumes about how Club Prive really “cares” about their loyal customers. For us it’s a sign to spend our vacation at the much better and modern competitors.

We're leaving here in tears. The best vacation is over... Everything was perfect. Villa: spacious, modern, wonderful layout (for each guest there is a private space and a bathroom), incredibly comfortable beds, pillows, cosmetics and accessories - everything is thought out to the smallest details. Service that`s impossible to compete with. On the second day, everyone knew about us: what do we prefer to drink, that we like melons more than watermelons, that we always eat fresh vegetables and herbs for breakfast, our allergies, etc. Very comfortable sandy beach with a gentle slope. Excellent food and very high-quality drinks for absolutely every taste, even for picky gourmets. You can praise everything indefinitely, but it's better to see for yourself, words are not enough. And, of course, it`s TEAM (beach club, club house, room service, housekeeping) that makes your stay excellent 24/7. Arda, Victoria are our incredible friends (a butler is just a position), you help so sincerely, warmly and it feels like you are taking care of the most beloved guest in your private home. With great love and see you again!

Club Prive is the BEST in Turkey for Luxury

Wow! We usually stayed in Maxx Villa, but this service is exceptional. Club Prive Villa is the best. Our personal butlers Mr Hasan Ozan and Mr Aykut have met our every need and request. Available 24 hours a day via a quick WhatsApp. Club Prive has taken luxury to a whole new level. By far the best family holiday we have been too and also the most stress free with 3 kids (1, 6 and 16). The food is delicious and service perfect. The 24 hour buggy service was great to get around the huge resort especially with a 1 year old. My wife says the scrambled eggs for breakfast are the best she has ever had. Thank you Club Prive team for making the holiday as special as possible. We will be back next year for sure 🤩🤩

It was an excellent experience and stay at Rixos Premium Belek .. we loved each part of it ❤️ We were upgraded to a Villa and the service and luxury was exceptional.. everything was ready for our service with very nice and welcoming staff and lovely clean place and yummy food ❤️ We will definitely visit rixos again !!
