The accommodation is very nice. The restaurants are delicious. The cleanliness is excellent. The swimming pools are warm and clean. The coffee is there. Starbucks is available. I hope to add delicious specialty coffee to the resort and I hope to employ Arabs in the children's club🙊 Somaya and Nouf are the best. They served us all week and celebrated our wedding anniversary. They speak Arabic perfectly. We will visit again in the coming holidays. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The best hotel I have ever stayed at.From the moment you arrived it was amazing, champagne, strawberries etc on arrival, your cases taken to your room. The food was fantastic. The restaurants bars, it was just amazing. If you want beautiful surroundings, excellent service, food drinks, then this is the place for you. The beach was so good, the waiters were serving you on roller boots, any cocktail you wanted etc. all the best brands, I can’t wait to go back.. Mini fridge was filled up every day, rooms cleaned,updated via what’s app on all the days activities, and free entrance to land or legends.

Wow, this place is incredible! The service, the food, the drinks, the rooms, the grounds, the facilities - cannot fault anything. Best all inclusive I have ever stayed at. It has amazing amenities and the staff. are very friendly. The Whatsapp assistance is very helpful. The hotel buildings and rooms are very well decorated, the whole place is spotlessly clean at all times. Everything is truly included, high quality foods (both buffet and a’la carte) and high quality drinks. The spa facilities are fantastic too. I would love to return. We came in November which is the ‘winter’ season, but we still felt there was a lot included. Highly recommend to all!

Indeed, it was a beautiful, enjoyable and luxurious stay. Everything was great. The service in general was something I had never seen at any resort before, and Somaya and Nouf's service was especially comprehensive. We enjoyed the time here. Thank you for your efforts with us. Beautiful hotel staff very helpful and friendly. If you had a problem staff will try to sort it out immediately. The WhatsApp is great! Great standards food lovely great choice and a la carte restaurants excellent! . I certainly will return and would recommend this hotel!
