Good: Excellent different spaces and rooms for big group business events. Very good organization. Average: hotel room not ideal for business travelers, no table to work, too couple oriented. Poor: gym with no air conditioning - really hot!

While I could give feedback on the physical and more easily tangible aspects of SLS SoBe, what is more important (for me) is the culture and people behind the physical aspects of the property. In my case, the head concierge Fernando Montealegre and guest services manager Victoria Santana are the best in the biz. Ms Santana accommodated a least minute date change and personally introduced herself to me upon check in and Mr Montealegre reached out to me before arriving to offer his services prior to arriving. I thank them both for their attention to detail, professionalism and hospitality.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and we had an amazing time! Service was great and the location was perfect as it was walkable to many restaurants and bars. Fernando was amazing at anticipating our needs and being proactive with our arrival!

This Hotel is in an excellent location. You won't need to use rideshares if your interested in the beach, or bars/patio's. The Hotel itself is good. They offer high quality service and the employee's were really service oriented. The design is really cool. We enjoyed the pool access and access to the pool party. They were accommodating for late check out and also storing luggage. Our time was during the hurricane so they were really kind to have the valet staff help us with an umbrella to get to the car. I will say the most disappointing part of the stay was the surprise at how small the Queen Room was but more importantly how the room was designed. It's definitely not well designed for women. There are 2-night tables. They are tiny with no drawers. One table is already used for Coffee machine and mugs. The bathroom had one hook for a towel but nothing else to hang. Even hanging a used hand towel. There is no closet in the room, or shelving for storage. There is one tall unit that is more for design then functional. The storage unit: - its stacked with purchase items so you have to move everything to even have the one shelf. - the unit has 5 hangers. 2 hangers are used for robes. - the mini bar is in the unit as well and there is no space to put your own items. - the unit also has 2 drawers however one drawer is already being used for a safe. Good luck if you have a checked luggage and more than one. We both had small carry on style luggage and we were able to open it and close it daily but since there is no drawers and hooks its really annoying to have to rummage in your luggage in the passage way of the room.
