It's soo nice place for family and all staff are very friendly. Specially i want to mention Mr. SANTO is very helpfull. And i am really happy with all services. They have beach and also lots of food options. And i want to mention 1 more thing is that this hotel is really owsam

Tanga and Tuel most amazing lifeguards couldnt be more helpful, when my mum was stung by a bee they helped straight away and checked on her each day after. Amazing service from all the staff I can't fault this resort. 5 star all the way. The food, room, view service all perfect.

No alcohol no entertainment charge for everything

I arrive the pick was very nice I felt like they over charged me. I booked the room thru Hotwire. This hotel sells no alcohol or wine. The bed was very hard . My room got upgraded bc the original room I booked was as very dirty. My bed was so hard. I had problems with restaurant. They were guest to save pool chairs while they ate breakfast which should not be allowed . It’s was ok no selections for restaurants . I wasn’t pleased with food. I will not go back there . It’s was ok. Staff is nice but I felt like I was always asked for money. When they switched my room they should’ve offered free lunch or dinner . I had to keep calling guest services no wash cloths in the room. I stayed in room 417. They have no entertainment they charge for meditation with no other entertainment at pool . People had their kids in pool all day whining they need an adult pool with drink services . They were charging $16-20 for mocktails. Picture guy over charged me.

Private tour by car to Abu Dhabi with Santo

We just got back from a day trip to Abu Dhabi with the hotel private car and we loved it! Our driver was Santo and he took amazing care of us the whole day, showed us all Abu Dhabi and told us many facts about the culture and the city. We can warmly recomend the hotel’s private car for your next tour and when you are there, ask for Santo ;)

Good location and food

We stayed here for 1 week in september 2024. Everything was good and there is a private beach. Really delicious food and nice restaurant. Nice view of the palms and pool outside. We ate Iskender and Köfte Kebab. The restaurant is located inside the Hotel so if you stay there it's a no brainer to eat here. We was served by Wael and everything was perfect. We will return next time we are in Dubai :)
