I had a great experience working with Jaime, he was fast to respond to questions. Jaime and his team were on top of everything. I had a few last minute changes with our menu, Jaime was quick to send options and give great advise on choices that worked out great. I've heard from several of our board members that everything was perfect, the flow was smooth, food was amazing and the place is beautiful. The onsite means of transportation was challenging and was most likely because I personally haven't been to the Fairmont, but the map wasn't as informational on that as I believe it maybe could be. Otherwise, everything was great!

First class hotel. Bring money.

This is definitely a five-star experience. The room was large and very nice, and it included a safe and a minibar. The bathroom was huge. The AC was more than adequate, and necessary. English channels on tv. The service at the hotel was first class. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they make a point of knowing your name and preferences. If you pause while walking around, someone invariably asks if they can do anything to help you. The complex is huge, but there are golf-cart type trams circling constantly so you never really need to walk if you don't want to. The restaurants are first rate. That said, I recommend that you look into an "all-inclusive" package as the hotel and restaurants are pretty expensive. Be sure to bring a lot of small bills for tips. No one seemed to expect a tip, but they all were very happy to get one.

Phenomenal, luxury family vacation with two small kids (under 10 yo). Service was top notch. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Food was the best we've ever had at an all inclusive. Would definitely come back! At the Kids club, Carol, Keyla and Maritza were so nice and attentive with our kids. Our kids loved the crafts and games that the Kids club offered.

This place is amazing. We were there for a bachelorette and most of us hadn’t stayed somewhere so nice. Need to give some shoutouts for impeccable service. First Maria Jimenez at the front desk, girl you’re flawless at your job, love this, thank you. Emmanuel-beach life guard - helped me with my foot blister, I was calling him my savior. Lety in the spa (and the front desk boys) - what a great relaxing facial - I came outta there floating. Adalberto y Diana at La Laguna for breakfast. Also whilst we were there-they had Mexican Independence celebrations there-shout out to the dancers, singers and entertainment, but the real Mexi food in the separate room was damn delicious, great job all. VIVA MEXICO! 🇲🇽 Gaia (served by Jaime 🥰) was good food as was anywhere we ate. Get the all inclusive if you can! Ivan in security found my hearing aids at the pool (the infinity pool that is 💙😍) and came when a lil friend rocky raccoon decided to visit our room. Huge thx to you! Jessica and Amalia in housekeeping! Lastly mi amigo Miguel Cerro, if you’re lucky enough to get a room with concierge text, then hope you get Michael Cerro, this guy went above and beyond to make sure I had rides (from my door because said foot injury) made sure I had meal reservations, boat reservations and in well, anything I needed to make sure I was comfortable and moving forward with my stay. We stayed in room 625 which had 2 queen beds, a living room and was gorgeous. All bath products from scrumptious La Labo Rose 31. Thank you to all the staff not mentioned for stopping to ask if I needed a ride or say hello. All the staff was helpful and or kind. This place is beautiful and set amongst the mangroves!

My family and I stayed at the Fairmont Mayakoba for our my son's first international trip/family vacation. We had a great time at the property and enjoyed the beautiful and serene beach, pools, and restaurants. Service was amazing - everyone was so friendly and warm - we truly felt welcomed by all of the staff. We also would like to give a shout out to Noe from the concierge team for going above and beyond during our stay. He prepared a beautifully crafted handmade sign for my son's 10-monthiversary and suggested a photo shoot (which we did and loved how the pictures came out), he responded to a million questions we had while on site, and even checked on us when my son got sick. Thank you Noe for making our stay truly special! Thanks to the Fairmont Mayakoba for a lovely beach trip!
