Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodation. All areas of the hotel were in good condition and we had good sleep quality. We particularly enjoyed the Mon Bistrot restaurant.

The Suite accomodation was complying to the average standard, but there was no secure parking lot, which doesn't fit for high range vehicules

Madam ! I consider inappropriate the non professional comments made in return by the staff in charge at the reception desk when checking on April 29th 2024. Basically a professionnal staff in charge of the check IN, shall not expess herself on potential desagreement of the Clients except if she is asked to ! Therefore I suggest some more training in appropriate courses ! As Platinium member I have never been so badly treated except in Novotel Center Toulouse some month ago which I decided to black list. Great Check-in ,very attentive and helpful staff. Only regret is that your restaurant is closed on weekends and also runs out of items during the week.
