We have stayed with you on many occasions. We like the location as it is close to the beach, cafes and Noosa National Park. We were a little disappointed with our apartment when we arrived as it was dusty and there was a strong odour when we opened the fridge. Also, there were ants on the bench top. The washing machine needed a good clean around the door.

The room allocated to us had some sort of pump noise kicking in and out every 5-10 minutes throughout the night, which made sleeping difficult. The hot water took ages to come through. Then from 7-30 in the morning there were noisy renovations happening in the room next door, the room above and another room 2 doors down. After discussion with reception we were given another room, but the issues was - why would we be given this room in the first place if there were others available?

Excellent holiday. The national park, board walk, beach cafes/restaurants & shops are only a few minutes walk from the Mantra. The apartments have a lovely balcony which looks out to the pool and bush. A very peaceful setting. The staff are very helpful.

- Our booking details said their was Foxtel which there wasn't. - There was no bath plug for the bath. - The standing lamp had a broken shade. - There was a bug/s squashed on the entry wall at about head height which was easily seen - but not by the cleaners it seems. - On our first night there was no lighting in the walkway as you left the building on the first level down to Hastings Street - The room next to us was being renovated although we were not made aware of that prior to our stay ort at check in. - Just a very disappointing stay overall.
