Staff are lovely. The breakfast is really nice. Location is in centre of Charleroi and easy accessible transport routes. peaceful and modern hotel. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Good central hotel

Thank you for the upgrade. The room was very big, very clean. The only complaint is apart from the bedside lights there was no other lighting over the bed and quite dark at night. Very central hotel. Not easy to get to the car park but managed to park close to the hotel door. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
