Always nice and clean but I'm always allocated the second floor and can hear the traffic. Should be able to mirror apple phones to the TV

We were woken to screaming and yelling coming from a room next to us. The vulgar language and threats being made to whoever was staying in that room sounded life threatening and abusive. We called reception to send security or even the police. Staff came and stood outside the door for less than a minute, heard the abuse and walked away without further intervention. Several other rooms complained about this by screaming and banging continued from 6:00am until 8:20am.

Loved the pool and sauna. Location was perfect for tour pick ups. Nice 10 minute walk to the wharves. Plenty of restaurants close by. I would recommend staying here.

Friendly, accommodated early check-in when I arrived early. Organised us a rehearsal space at short notice. Restaurant gave me cereal bowl + jug of milk, so I could eat my own cereal in my room. Warm clean room. No nonsense good experience.

Although small the room we had was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was reasonably good value and the The Good Guy evening meal were on the whole pretty good. All staff were helpful.
