The hotel is quite nice and new. Personnel is the best feature, very attentive and happy willing to help. Swimming pool is good but ruined with the terrible sea wage smell, can’t stay there more than 30 minutes is bad. I booked a hotel with gymnasium and there was no gym, that made a really bad experience for me as exercise regularly and it was advertised in the app and online as it had fitness equipment and nothing at all was available. I complained at reception. Lack of deep cleaning in the room, found spider web in the ceiling, and in the corners of the bed next to the wall. Lack of entertainment offer, no excursions of tourist information about the area. Nothing to do in Sihanoukville except from casinos. The organisation of personnel during breakfast time is not good, not enough bodies and some guys on the phone instead of doing their job. Same as location of coffee machine far from the tables and waiters doesn’t offer to bring coffee

Stayed 1 night in a family suite with a small baby. The hotel is nicely built and beautiful. The room has great facility and amazing view. The downsize is it is next to a wastewater plant which create unpleasant view and occasional smell. There's another problem with the bed, it make creeking sound whenever we goes on and off which disturb both the baby and adult.
