So handy for late in flights

Disappointed with a few things -keys did not work when we got there (system was broken) - we had ordered a cot for the room, this was not there any never came - we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had to ask for extra towels as there was only enough for 2. - we had a 5:30 dinner. We did not get out of there until 7:30. We have a 7month year old and a 2 year old. Food should not take that long especially for families. We don’t want our kids making a scene in your restaurant, but if you take that long to bring out dinner and desert it’s not our fault. It was a bit sad as we normally don’t have such a bad experience at the hotel. Depending on flight times we use this place when we land or the night before we depart.

We took 45 elderly folks here for a couple of nights either side of the Tranzalpine rail trip. Staff were excellent, likewise the accom and function facilities. The highlights were a couple of buffet dinners - wonderful selection and quality. Everything went very smoothly, can recommend for conferences, tour groups.
