The staff are incredibly helpful and understanding. The hotel manager is especially excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are really well decorated with a very comfy bed. I absolutely would stay here again. The location is well within walking distance of the sites to see.

The hotel is modern, clean and nice and overall a very good experience. There was just one negative and that was that the pillows were absolutely dreadful, way too hard and we both woke up with neck pains from sleeping on them. I resorting to sleeping on my sweater the next night. Very good stay but I hope you change it the pillows, for the sake of everyone's necks.

Okay but elevator broke.

Due to malfunctioning of elevator, it was at some point required to take the steps up to the 4th floor. Garage is expensive but did not offer easy access anymore due to this broken elevator. None of the hotel staff seemed to care. A paper was hang on the elevator but causing it to step up 4 flours or go around the building to get to the car, was ignored and we had to figure it out ourselves.
