We are a couple from Australia and our stay here has been great. Make sure to visit the lobby, I requested ‘Vincent’ and the guitarist did it magnifically. His voice and his guitar skills are amazing. The lady singer’s voice is good and versatile, they are from the Philippines of course, my husband and I knew it instantly. The music in Patong street is too loud for a couple of our age. It’s good that Mercure has something mellow for the ears. Medic and Maria keep up the good job ☺️. The staff are kind and gentle. Mr. Teef, the FB Manager, is very friendly and helpful. He is one of the reasons why this place is great. He engages with guests, that made us feel welcome and comfortable. We are enjoying our 2 weeks here. We are definitely coming back next year.

Location of this resort is fantastic. Other than that, the staff are beautiful and the facilities are great especially the buffet breakfast and room service. I stayed after New Year's last year and it was very different from this year. Especially in the matter of the wine menu ( A lot of choices ) also quality of cocktails is the best has to recommend. I would like to appreciate the best Manager Mr. Thep very excellent service 👏 We had a great time and will recommend all our friends to come to your hotel.

I love this place. The lobby is small but nice and cozy. I saw a duo singing there, Marie and Medic, from the Philippines. They are awesome. The hotel is clean and grand, the staff are friendly and accommodating. For me, the location is perfect.
