The stay was extremely unpleasant. The air conditioning wasn't functioning, there was no toilet paper, and the window was broken, preventing me from opening it to cool down the room. When I brought these issues to the attention of the reception, they simply brushed it off by saying the air conditioning wasn't turned on yet. It was a truly terrible experience.

This was our second stay in that hotel (first one in December 23). At the time I booked the room, I asked for being in room 305 again. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist was aware of this request and gave us room 305, all good, thank you. What we did not like: - the safe was not working at all and displayed an 'ERR' error message. We could not put our stuff inside and had to keep it in our locked luggage. - there was jug of water from the previous occupant left in the fridge, and some water in the water kettle. A sugar bag was let open among the coffee and tea bags. Nobody wants to pay for a room which is not completely cleaned up and where material (safe) is not fully working. It looks like details but this did not give us the expected customer experience this time. Best regards Frederic G.
