The staffs were very nice It has a walmart express in front of it and a "plaza" just 5 min away. You can get to the beach side with bus or taxi in 10-15 min. I would say that for breakfast, the variety of fruit should be better, they only have on the tray for "seasonal fruit" watermelon.

We stood 4 days and enjoyed our room and breakfast and it was very quiet so we got a great rest during the nights. Loved the service, food and the music.

Everything was worse

Hotel charged me 3 times besides declined to let me go to the room even there is any issue on seeing the report from their side we could find out later. No they let me stand at the reception for hours. Nobody speaks English, 0 associates. Manages with glass guy was not willing to listen and so emotional, after I was emotionally exhausted. This is the worst experience in my life were I felt unsecured, disrespectful.
