Good stay, very small rooms

Stay and service was good but overall experience let down by very small rooms and lack of amenities like coffee maker, shelves to place luggage, it is ok for a couple of days stay, anything more is a bit tight

Disappointing Stay: Issues with Amenities and Poor Response from Staff

I arrived at my room exhausted at the end of the day and was faced with a rather frustrating scene: no towels were available, the bed was all wrinkled, and to make matters worse, my toothbrush was broken. When I went down to talk to the receptionist, she told me that I could buy a new one. I found it absurd! I don't understand how my toothbrush ended up broken, and having to buy another one doesn't seem fair. I hope this isn't the new business model at Ibis - breaking guests' items to sell replacements.
