Carlos and Caio were so kind and helpful. When I mentioned I wanted to see a specific place, they arranged a driver to take me on a tour, and an English speaking guide to help! After travelling for 30 hours, they helped me arrange appointments and called places for me when I couldn’t understand. I was so very grateful for all the staff. I had an awful experience in São Paulo and wanted to leave the whole country, after the kindness and friendliness of the staff here I felt much at ease. The hotel’s location was walking distance to many shops, restaurants, cafes etc and was very comfortable.

Fantastic view and friendly staff. Great and safe area. The only problem is the thin walls. The customer next door had two screaming kids and had to complain. There was also construction going on above my room and it was very noisy.
