Skiing holiday in New Zealand. Four days of skiing only. We flew over the ditch for a quick break. Squashed in as much time on slopes as possible. IT WAS GREAT!! The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing, great service and a lovely restaurant.

As always the location is fantastic and cannot be beaten. Staff were excellent on arrival very accomodating and helpful as myself and my daughter just arrived off the ski field after a big long day skiing. Sorted us a carpark next door at Wilson car park. The room was great warm clean and comfortable excellent facilities especially for the price it was great value. A vibrant atmosphere in the hotel and well worth the stay as always.

Queenstown itself is delightful. Staying at the delightful Novotel made the stay even better. I arrived in the dark after an full-day bus ride from Rotorua, After lugging my bags for several blocks from the bus in damp cold air, I wasn't in the best humor on arrival at the Novotel, but the welcoming staff, warmed me right up. My room was just right, comfortable without being too fussy and very clean. I was tired, but very hungry. The concierge suggested a number of places in a variety of styles of food and restaurants. I also really needed to walk and set out through the neighborhood where I indeed found what I wanted, though there were many great choices. I felt very safe in the location. Best of all, when I finally settled down for the evening, the bed was really comfortable and I slept very well. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Queenstown and hope to visit again.

Service quality- excellent Room cleanliness-excellent Location- best in queenstown Breakfast- large spread I rarely give a 5 but this time a 6/5 to novotel queenstown. All credit to the all the staff who are patient, polite and efficient We were 150 members on a conference and everyday when we returned spotless clean rooms, breakfast was well planned and service was great. Amanda from the breakfast, Catherine, Christy from reception, Jake from luggage ...I mean everyone
