前台经理Raj帮我们升级房型到湖景套房，经理Hippy按照要求提供了minibar饮品，礼宾服务人员帮忙泊车，整体服务水平很在线。 房间景观好，正对湖面，卫生打扫清洁到位。 酒店餐厅服务人员态度良好，餐食味道不错，早餐还可以自选煎蛋种类。 十分完美的入住体验。

好的体验：大厅酒吧风景很好，装修风格很有品味，喜欢大厅香薰的味道，床品舒适，前台小姐姐服务态度好，洗衣服务便捷。 糟糕的体验：Wi-Fi网络很差，房间里的Wi-Fi总是中断，最后用回了4G网络。 可以提升的：早餐的酸奶好吃但是热的食物比较少，建议增加热的食物
