Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed breakfast in Lombardi during your stay. We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced on arrival. We normally have our doorperson on duty to assist guests with luggage and arrival arrangements, they must have been assisting other guests on your arrival and we regret that meant you didn’t receive the usual level of welcome.
