来皇后镇值得推荐的一家酒店。这家酒店也是我们非尝信奈的一家旅行社推荐，确实不错。

总体尚可，但还有很多改进空间

酒店位置不错，但是公共空间很小，停车不便。服务人员非常热情但并不专业，对我的要求没法作出及时回复，需要反复确认才能解决。没有相应我想要的lakeview房间，给的最普通的朝向carpark的房间，虽然系统显示空余房间充足。房间很干净整洁，但是有些设施损坏。早餐选择不多但是点餐的部分非常好吃，下午茶很精致。使用了accorplus free stay，总的来说降低预期的话还算满意。

酒店地點超級方便，静中带旺，露枱外望便是整條 skyline gondola 景觀，酒店正門過一條馬路便是出名的Fergburger, 行多一分鐘便到湖邊碼頭，餐廳區域。酒店房間乾淨寬敞，二張double bed 另外再加一張單人床後仍然可以打開三個rimowa trunk plus, 仲可以有一張小圓枱二張餐椅和單人梳化。浴室內有地暖，光線明亮，分別有按摩浴缸和shower, 設備充足。酒店亦有提供代客泊車服務，每日NZD50, 需提早預約（平時需要用車時，提早15分鐘通知酒店，服務員便會幫你取車泊在正門外等候）。早餐美味，員工親切友善。酒店登記入住和CHECK-OUT 快捷，無論是接待員或者是Concierge ，他們都會面帶笑容跟你打招呼問好，主動幫忙。下次再來皇后鎮，Sofitel Queenstown 將會是我的首選。

已經入住並開始休息，但房務人員卻直接開門闖入房間，造成不適。前台與房務的連繫要更緊密，不要造成客人隱私受影響。
