Upset with bad reception as Accor frequent traveler

I arrived midnight, receptionist did not pay any attention to my Accor Membership status, asked all info like to book me at that moment when I did my reservation weeks ago snd had all data inserted upon initial reservation. Even a cup of water was charged!! No VIP reception, very upset this time

Everyone working at the hotel- reception, cleaning, breakfast- were super friendly. The rooms are clean. Overall a bit dated in breakfast area. Bathroom a bit dated and mirrors in bathroom and main room old and stained. No our amenities such as coffee maker/water kettle, kleenex. Towels were old and worn and thin, and only two towels. Breakfast was plenty and good variety but overall quality was not really great. Coffee out of a push of a button dispensing machine (not really drinkable...). Mattress very very hard (essentially a thin futon type "mattress" place on top of some spring box or so. It killed my back within 2 night and had to change hotels because of that. Also, room was right across from elevator AND where the workers were doing their facade repair work.....
