Room advertised as "Air Conditioned" but the AC was switched off centrally. The guy at reception first stated they only turn it on in June and then realised that it was actually June, changed stance that it was for the manager to decide and is not available for next few days. The room had stickers of "19 degrees challenge". should be changed to "30 degrees challenge".

Maurice O Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Hotel was very reasonably priced. Traveled in mid January for a rugby match with 4 friends. Ideally located near waterfront and best restaurants. Also next to stadium. Staff quite friendly and helpful with directions and boarding pass printing. Hotel and rooms spotless and shower worked well. Will stay there again.
