For some reason I was given a handicapped room which I did not ask for. The food selection at breakfast was meager. The room was exposed to a lot of traffic which I would not have tolerated if I were to have stayed more than one night. Given the weather, a bottle of water in the room would have been helpful.

I would like to inform you that the rooms have been allocated according to your reservation. You have made a reservation for a room with disabled facilities. This information is provided at the time of booking. There is a note: Accessible room. Unfortunately, due to high occupancy, we were not able to change this room. We have unlimited water from a dispenser for guests, which is located in the corridor of each floor. There are water carafes in the rooms. The hotel is generally clean and welcoming, with a friendly staff and adequate amenities. However, the somewhat small room size and the subpar quality of the Wi-Fi connection do detract slightly from the overall experience.

quite noisy location at least rooms heading street, with closing window it is better, but still I'd maybe prefer room on opposite side of the hotel. breakfast fine, parking enough spaces room clean

Hotel is located close to main Aleje restaurants and bars as well parks and Jasna Gora. Very helpful staff, reception top notch with check in, replacing room key as well calling for taxi. Breakfast at the restaurant featured a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries, cold cuts, cheeses to hot dishes, as well hot coffee, tea and fresh juices. Staff very attentive and friendly. Rooms very modern and very quiet. Overall experience - extremely satisfied.
