"Luxurious Stay at the Wharf: Comfort, Convenience, and Special Anniversary Surprises!"

--- We had an exceptional stay at the Pullman Reef Cairns Hotel! The room was impressively large, spotlessly clean, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The luxurious pillows were so perfect, I need to find out where to buy them for home! The bathroom cleanliness exceeded my high standards, and the shower's water pressure was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced, even better than at home. The large bath towels were thick, fluffy, and generously sized – another thing I need to get for home! The location on the wharf was fantastic, offering great walkability to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made exploring Cairns so convenient. Breakfast was served à la carte on Level 1, which I absolutely loved. We could order exactly what we wanted and as much as we liked, and the best part was that there was no waste. It felt like a sustainable and thoughtful approach, along with delicious food. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and when we returned from our Daintree tour, we were delighted to find a lovely card and a chilled bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us. It made the occasion even more special. We will definitely stay here again, and now that we're Accor Plus members, we look forward to enjoying many more stays around the world with Accor Hotels! ---

Stayed at this hotel for a Birthday Getaway. Great decision. Room was awesome and the service by all staff was brilliant. Matthew was a great help with our car and all our luggage including wheelchair & scooter. Nothing was an issue. Made our stay so pleasant. Breakfast had a great variety. Will be back soon.

great location hotel this was our 5th time to stay as locals and platinum status accor we did arrive early and did get an early check in of 1 pm but there was no recognition of accor status at check in, the room was pleasant with what looked a fresh coat of paint but they still need to be upgraded for 5 star status on hard furnishings, the bed was very comfortable, we had a room upgrade which was nice we also got a nice bottle of wine for my wifes birthday celebrations, the pool area is nice but there again needs some upgrade, the breakfast was exceptional. there was a charge for parking but we were not informed of this upon check in, and we have never paid this on our last visits but they did remove the charge at check out thanks for a nice stay.

We spent 4 wonderful nights in this extremely well located hotel that includes the casino. Staff is extremely friendly at the front office and the concierge is very helpful in his tour recommendations. Rooms are very comfortable and we had a nice view over the inlet. Gym is fairly equipped and the swimming pool is big enough not to feel crowded. Also recommend the Tamarind restaurant which was one of the highlights of our trip Only disappointment was with breakfast: there is only a la carte option (and quality not good) with no buffet at all. Better have breakfast outside (example at Wharf One café just across the street) We still would definitely come back to this hotel for a next stay in Cairns!

Excellent hotel with all amenities you would expect including lovely pool and multiple in house dining options. Matthew, concierge, was a lifesaving. Looking after me with a nasty sprained ankle. You have a loyal customer for life. Sea view rooms were beautiful. I will happily stay here next time I am in Cairns.
