First of all , I booked the hotel room with two months in advance . An spacious room with three individual beds ( that’s what it showed on the photo) When I arrived they gave me a room nothing to be with the one that I booked. One bed with another individual twin on top I demanded the boy to get the room I had booked and he said that he didn’t have any other. The room was claustrophobic, small, stained and dirty. The price of this hotel is 72 per night with is abussive for the conditions on the rooms. We asked for new towels because the towels were small and we needed an extra one and apparently we had to pay for them as it is an hotel with “no service” the boy finally gave it to us but the first thing he said was… you have to pay for it. At night time we couldn’t get in the hotel with the car because the gate was close so I had to get out of the car and ask him for the code he gave it to me to come in as another girl was trying to come out I handled the paper to her and asked him for another paper and he told me very rude and impolite that he gave me one already and told me to take a photo instead of taking the paper

Dear, First of all, thank you for your comment. I'm sorry that your stay did not go as desired. I am extremely sorry that an altercation with our receptionist occurred. This is not in our habit, and I take note of any thoughts raised on this subject. Obviously, you have the right to ask for extra towels at reception if necessary and we would give you some with pleasure. For the gate, a code should be given to you upon arrival so that you do not have to ask for it again at reception. On the other hand, after checking the reservation confirmation that you made a few months ago, it is clearly indicated that the so-called triple rooms that we have are made up of a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. If the photos are different, I clearly don't know on which website you have been and I'm curious to know where that mistake can be. For the price of your room, it was indeed 64€ as on your booking confirmation and that is what you paid at the reception when you arrived. Very loud and room in a bad condition

Probably the worst Ibis Budget / Accor experience ever. We got a room on a the ground floor, not far from the welcome desk and entrance. First, the room was really in a poor condition : walls damaged, delapidated shower and bathroom door, ... I don't expect an Ibis budget room to be perfect, but this time it was just too much, it clearly needs a refresh. Then, the worst part regarding our bad experience : even with the presence of a Ibis receptionist, there was very A LOT of noise past midnight. We could hear people talking and laughing loudly for quite a while. I couldn't tell if it was the receptionist who apparently invited some friends in the dining room and chated, or if it were some random guests. Either way, I don't understand this kind of situation can happen, in particular with the presence of a receptionist. Fortunatly we had earplugs, otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep (between 0h and 1h). Experiencing this after a long drive, being very tired, is just unacceptable for any hotel, even "budget".
