Poor customer service - not one smile from any of the staff over an entire weekend. Compared to what we got from staff at the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua 6 weeks ago - polar opposites. And they would not offer discount based on our Accor membership! Their food was below average, rather find a restaurant close by if you want good food. The whole property looks and feels tired (except the gold course), and many of the staff seemed like they'd rather be somewhere else. We won't be back there in a hurry

The Novotel Vines Resort was a place that took me back thirty to forty years and was similar to some old resorts you might find in the west of the US. The rooms however were modern and clean will all that was needed, the gardens pleasant with the vines and the pool as you might expect. The restaurant was average, parking limited because of the golf course. Overall a better than average experience.

We had an enjoyable stay in a clean modern room. The bathroom was particularly clean which is very important to us. And service was very good too. The location setting and overall feel of the resort has a very comforting feel about it.

I'll keep this short. I've stayed in better budget hotels in Europe.....stayed 12 nights and despite asking for sheets to be changed, they were not changed once in the whole time despite coke being spilled on it and very,very noticeable... Hairs all round bathroom tiles when we arrived. Pile of hair and dirt outside our door for entire stay. Lobby staff were quite rude at times and music blaring from other rooms at 1am

Have enjoyed winter stays at this hotel as the spa is a lovely feature. However it has not been working since 29 June (some 7 weeks ago). No mention of this on the website or when booking. This sort of information should be made plainly clear at the point of booking. Disappointing

We understand the disappointment around the spa being under renovation, and I want to assure you that we did our best to inform all incoming guests well in advance. We sent a clear email prior to your arrival, explaining that our heated spa was temporarily out of service due to improvements, with this information also being made available on our website. When you contacted us prior to your booking, we provided the option to either cancel your booking with a full refund or reschedule it to a later date that suited your needs, both of which were declined. Our Front Office Manager also made sure to offer some additional amenities to make your stay more comfortable. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused by the renovation, though we believe we communicated these details thoroughly beforehand and during your stay. On a positive note, the renovations are now complete, and the spa is fully operational for your next visit. We hope to welcome you back soon! Warm Regards Novotel Vines resort Swan Valley
