地理位置很好，但是服务态度真的不好，我们连续住了两个晚上，并且在餐厅吃早餐，可是前台都没有提前告知提前预定早餐有优惠。我都是用贵的价钱去付早餐费，连续住的房间都没有清洁，没有至今，也没有换垃圾袋子。下次不考虑了。

Ho Wenbin, Many thanks for taking the time to submit a review. We are very pleased to hear you appreciated the location of the hotel. There is only a discount for the buffet breakfast, not from the al-a-carte menu. When you book, you are able to choose to include breakfast, which is at a discounted rate. When you booked your accommodation, you have chosen not to select breakfast as a part of your booking, therefore you would need to pay the walk-in price. We strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness - we hope any issues you found were brought to our attention and we were able to rectify them quickly. Accor has become sustainable friendly, so we no longer use plastic bin bags, however the room should be serviced daily, bar on Sundays (on request only). We trust you brought this to our attention and we were able to rectify. I will bring up your feedback to our housekeeping department, as we are always looking at ways to improve.
