There was one sachet of coffee for the 4 of us. I asked for more and was told we needed to pay for more, as coffee in the rooms isn't complimentary. First time i have ever had this odd experience. It is a perfect hotel for families. The rooms are well arranged. Managed to buy coffee granules nearby. Worth bringing you own.

We stayed two nights, a stopping off point en route to the DDay commemorations. The hotel was clean and nicely presented. Staff were helpful and friendly. My two problems are fairly usual in Accor hotels, a lack of sockets and a mirror near a socket. I know there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, good to dry your hair, but not if you want to style your hair with a hairbrush in your other hand, you have to hold the on off button down for the dryer to work. I always bring my own.

Rooms were clean and OK. Hotel staff was very friendly. The only negative feedback is that the breakfast was very chaotic and that the cutlery was not clean, waiting for clean plates, no croissants (This is France so I expect good croissants). The madeleines were good!! It was very busy so I can understand that the staff cannot follow but clean cutlery is essential. The rest is understandable and a little wait is OK.
