Also, parasites or bacteria that affect the digestive system can be easily contracted in other, less-controlled, public areas (e.g. airport or excursions). We understand how distressing this can be and regret any impact it may have had on your holiday experience. For your reassurance, we closely monitor all reported digestive-related incidents daily and have comprehensive preventive and response procedures in place. During the period of your stay, the number of reported cases remained well below any level that would indicate a broader concern within the resort. In addition, we maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene through regular independent audits conducted by SGS in accordance with internationally recognized HACCP standards. The consistently positive results of these audits reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a safe and hygienic environment for all our guests. We are also sorry to learn that our evening entertainment did not align with your expectations.
