Tout était parfait !! Merci !!! Petite suggestion : 1 « menu du jour » serait un vrai plus pour les restaurants de l’hôtel afin de compléter les cartes établies.

Le Mövenpick El Quseir est très bien situé : au calme, loin de l’agitation des grandes stations balnéaires d’Égypte, tout en restant proche de superbes spots de snorkeling et de plongée. Le personnel est très accueillant et les chambres sont vraiment magnifiques. En revanche, la restauration est très internationale. En tant que couple français, nous n’y avons pas forcément trouvé notre bonheur : peu de plats typiques et une cuisine assez standard. Le restaurant buffet reste toutefois correct — mais n’étant pas en formule all inclusive, nous avons peut-être été plus exigeants sur la qualité des plats servis.

Je regrette juste l'accueil à notre arrivée qui a été très rapide. Les personnes n'ont pas pris la peine ni le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'hôtel (serviette de plage: où et comment ? - Restauration en demi pension. Situation de notre chambre sur le plan. Etc...) il nous a juste été remis une feuille et un plan en allemand. En tant que francophone un document en français serait appréciable si le personnel de réception n'a pas le temps de tout expliquer. C'est vraiment dommage pour un établissement comme celui ci. Sinon tout à été parfait. Les personnes de ménage sont très gentils et efficaces, ainsi que le personnel de service restauration ou bar.
