Les prestations de l'hôtel ainsi que son organisation sont très bien, le personnel aimable, au petits soins et efficace. Le club de plongée est également très accueillant et compétant. Transfert organisé par l'hôtel, certes payant mais de qualité "VIP". Je conseille vivement à condition de prévoir sa propre pharmacie et de ne pas tomber malade. Malheureusement comme cela peut arriver lors des voyages à l'étranger la jeune femme qui m'accompagnait a eu des problèmes gastriques qui nous ont obligé à nous rendre chez le médecin de l'hôtel, celui-ci a proposé un traitement a un prix prohibitif, certainement bien supérieur aux tarifs déjà très élevés pratiqués en Suisse (allégation confirmée par un médecin) en résumé pour 2 perfusions et quelques médicament une facture de plus de €1900.- nous a été dressée et nous avons refusé une 3ème perfusion pour €530.-. Je trouve absolument scandaleux de pratiquer des tarifs prohibitifs sous prétexte que l'assurance va payer (ce qui n'est pas encore le cas) alors qu'on est pris en otage par la clinique de l'hôtel. Lors de ma réservation, on m'a demandé un payement via un lien .IO ("https://checkouts.kashier.io/en/paymentLinkPage?) qui ne m'a absolument pas inspiré confiance (.io= Indian Ocean). J'ai finalement obtenu des coordonnées bancaires en Égypte pour faire mon payement, avec tous les problèmes de cybersécurité actuels, je pense qu'il faudrait trouver un autre moyen de payement. Merci pour le séjour qui était très bien dans sa globalité.

Le lieu est très beau et raffiné. Le service est à la fois extrêmement professionnel et tout à fait amical. Le centre de plongée est juste parfait et le snorkelling aussi. au niveau des repas, nous avons tout apprécié.
