先ず、予約したスイートが用意できないと言われ、そもそもホテルとしてどうなのか？とヒドく悪い印象しかない。 部屋には冷蔵庫が無く、トイレは２つもあるのに、バスルームには小物を置くスペースすら無い。何よりシャワーブースが異様に狭くて非常に使い難い。 イビスなら諦めもつくが、それなりの金額を払ってあのレベルでは2度目の滞在は無い。 唯一の救いは、スタッフ皆さんのプロの対応くらいでしょうか。

Unfortunately, shortly before your stay, the suite became unusable due to unexpected damage. We fully understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must have been, especially as it affected your first impression of our hotel. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. We also regret to hear that several aspects of the room did not meet your expectations, including the bathroom layout, the shower space, the lack of a refrigerator, and the overall condition and cleanliness of certain areas. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments and management team, as feedback like yours is extremely important in helping us identify where improvements are needed. At the same time, we truly appreciate your kind words regarding our staff and their professional service.
