Dear guest, thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize that the suite you originally booked was not available upon your arrival. Unfortunately, shortly before your stay, the suite became unusable due to unexpected damage. We fully understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must have been, especially as it affected your first impression of our hotel. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. We also regret to hear that several aspects of the room did not meet your expectations, including the bathroom layout, the shower space, the lack of a refrigerator, and the overall condition and cleanliness of certain areas. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments and management team, as feedback like yours is extremely important in helping us identify where improvements are needed. At the same time, we truly appreciate your kind words regarding our staff and their professional service.
