ホテルのロケーションが良く、ホテルスタッフの対応も素晴らしいです。フレンドリーで話を聞いてくれますし、対応も素晴らしいです。部屋も清潔に保たれており、非常に綺麗です。次にウィーンに行く機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

旦那の誕生日で宿泊をしました。チェックイン後にケーキを持ってきてくれたりバルーンを置いていてくれてとても嬉しかったです。ですが、夕食をレストランの食事付のプランで予約していましたが、レストランの受付スタッフが把握しておらずスムーズな案内にならずに少し残念でした。後、SPA利用をさせてもらった際にマッサージの技術はとてもよかったのですが、予約の時間より遅くスタートし、マッサージの時間は少し短いサービスに表記があるよりも短いものでした。待合での待ち時間や着替え時間も含めたサービス時間の記入でマッサージの時間ではなかったようなので事前に教えて欲しかったです。 でも、総合的には満足しています。お料理はとてもおいしかったです。

最寄駅から川を渡って徒歩数分の立地で、シュテファン大聖堂までのアクセスも良く、大変便利でした。ホテル全体やお部屋の清潔感も高かったです。朝食は最高の景色の中、豊富なメニューでおいしく楽しめました。
