We stayed there for Christmas with my family and we were beyond disappointed to say the least. First of all, although the rooms are spacious, the “Black Suite” takes after its name by being terribly lit, and the pressure of the shower is not great. The breakfast staff is not hospitable at all, they seem almost bored in the morning, and the food is not only bad but the portions are ridiculously small - eggs Benedict is actually 1 egg…Also, I would not recommend to order room service as it’s tasteless. Overall I think that this hotel does not deserve 5 stars rating.

A beautiful contemporary hotel, staff are great, so knowledgeable and welcoming. A nice touch was the private taxi service arranged by the hotel for us to and from the airport on request. However after a long day travelling with two children, I was disappointed that the restaurant couldn’t accommodate us as hotel residents without pre-booking, not something I would expect from a five star hotel. Especially as there were lots of tables empty, and it seemed that the issue may be with staffing rather than availability. We decided to get some drinks and order room service instead, however it was lacking, the bao buns were inedible, lukewarm and far too much mayo. The burgers on the second night were great though! Breakfast was great, staff again were lovely and engaging. Especially a lovely gentleman from Japan we talked to! However again it seemed that turnaround for tables was lacking and we had to wait for a table in the restaurant area on the first day, despite a lovely table which would have been more than adequate for us being available next to the juice bar on the other side of the bar. Bearing in mind I booked this hotel for the breakfast and views and assume other people will do too, where you’re seated is important. And again as a five star hotel I did find this lacking. Overall it was a great stay, with a few minor improvements would be fabulous. I can’t fault the staff or the facilities, just the logistics of a few things.

Avoid this “hotel” you will pay money to be insulted

Save your money go to a better place. As What their Night manager Amina said to me rudely this is five star hotel whatever that meant? But Miss Amina five star hotel comes with an amazing service not a bad attitude bad attitude you can find in a hostel. I just asked her about something and she looked up and down at me and said this is five star hotel we are in Europe and that’s how we do it here. No ma’am, that’s not how you do it anywhere and that’s not how you respond to people. I can be as rude, but I was raised well. And when I told you that’s fine, you can be rude. I can review you said that’s fine. Give us one star we like it. Amazing attitude!! Now I gave you your wish and here is your one star. I hope your manager sees this and gives you one star in your end of the year evaluation.

A new property on a very good location, its iconic restaurant Das Loft is a must visit, we stayed in a their suite room, room interiors were complete white, a different theme altogether, their SPA and wellness areas were fine. It is conveniently located within the city

Hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Hotel was also conveniently located. The staff was the shining star—very helpful and friendly. Shout out goes to the bell boy/door man Nenad Stanojevic for being so helpful and assisting us with one of our disabled guests.
