This is a stylish Hotel right in the middle of Austria‘s capital. The rooms are very modern with a Circus-theme throughout the whole building. a very good breakfast buffet rounds it up. another highlight is the rooftop bar wirh a big variety of drinks and a fantastic view of the city center.

Great location. Clean hotel and the artwork is unique and beautiful! Unfortunately, the customer service is mediocre. The staff is unenthusiastic and unfriendly. We felt unwelcome. The rooftop bar's service was the same, indifferent. However, the staff did their job, and the rooftop view is nice. Recommend this hotel to stay because of its location, cleanliness and decor. Just substandard customer service.

This hotel is quirky and cute - I love their "do not disturb signs!". The beds are comfortable, the shower is good, the room is a good size. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the subway, trams and other places of interest. The staff is friendly and helpful. We lost our luggage and they were very nice to give us some things we needed until we got back our bag. They securely kept our bag when it was delivered from the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel, the vibe, rooms, bar, breakfast, restaurant were all excellent. The rooms were clean and warm , shower is good. The staff were all friendly and lovely. Everything felt very cool and laid-back they worked hard to make our experience excellent. The location was brilliant for exploring Vienna‘s art galleries’s , museums, Christmas markets and easy access from the airport.
