So came here for weekend away. The hotel is slightly out if the centre, so takes some time getting to the attractions. The hotel is clean and of decent quality for a 4 star. The bar downstairs you must avoid....total rip off. You are better off drinking outside and going back to your room. I ordered a double scotch, my wife a cosmopolitan. The scoth just straight cheap scotch, my wife's cosmopolitan was so weak, it tasted like pop. Total £35. If you want to get ripped off come here. Don't order at the novotel, its run by another company. Most Bars and restaurants charge £20 for the same in Vienna...far better quality.

What really made this hotel stand out from the rest, was the beds. Never slept in a more comfortable bed. Staff were great, a really nice hotel and a reasonable price tag. I would certainly recommend if you are in town! A lot of road works going on when we was there so noisy in the mornings, but this wasn’t hotels fault. I would go back to this hotel for sure

Horrible experience, we slept one night in this hotel supposed to be a 4 star but it doesn't even deserve 1 star. The bed was harder than a plank of wood, the towels stank, the carpet was all stained. We wanted to leave the hotel without breakfast because we were tired from the night we'd spent, but they wouldn't refund us. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

We stayed there for short family vacations and we were pretty satisfied overall. The hotel was clean and neat, with staff at the front desk being very polite and welcoming. The room itself was pretty good, albeit a bit small, but with all the amenities one would expect. It certainly was clean and looked after. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient, with both the city centre and the Prater park within walking distance. Breakfast was good, offering a good selection of products. I have to say we were expecting a bit of a larger selection, but it was still ok. We particularly liked the restaurant, food and service was splendid! One thing to note however is that the restaurant, even though located within the hotel premises, is a hotel partner, meaning that the option of charging the restaurant bill to your room bill is not there. We highly recommend the restaurant, we have a fabulous dinner! All in all, it was a pretty positive experience and we recommend this hotel!
