Dear Ms. A., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are truly sorry to learn about your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the villa, the noise levels, the service you received, and the delay with the luggage assistance upon your departure. This is certainly not the impression we aim to leave with our guests. We were especially sorry to read about your mother's recent surgery, and we sincerely hope she is recovering well. We understand that this made comfort and convenience even more important during your stay. Regarding your request for breakfast to be served in the room, we have carefully reviewed the records with our team. We found that the request was initially approved; however, it was later declined by someone from your villa. It is possible that a misunderstanding occurred during the communication, and we are sorry for any confusion or disappointment this may have caused.
