لقد تغير ريكسوس باب البحر كثيرا ولم يعد كالسابق الفندق المحبب لدينا حيث نقضي اجازاتنا فيه للاسف لم يعد يقدم خدمات مثل قبل او اهتمام

بشكل عام كانت اقل خدمه من المبلغ المدفوع فقط كان استاذ محمد هيكل محترم و كتب الملاحظات المطلوبه اثناء الحجز قبل الموعد بإسبوعين و لكن لم يتم تنفيذ اي من الملاحظات

نبدأ من خدمة الغرف الي انطيتهم طلب ب ازالة الكحول من الثلاجة و طلبت منهم عدة امور بعد انتظار ٥ ساعات محد اجة و لا احد جاب اي شي من بعد تبليغهم مرتين اضطريت اتصل على الخدمات عن طريق تلفوني الشخصي لان من ضمن الامور التلفون مال الغرفة مو شغال ثانياً ال kids club اسوأ تجربة مرت بحياتي كلهة بحياتي مشفت اسوء من هذا الكدز كلب رحت الهم الساعة اربعة و نص عصراً بلغوني فاتحين الى الساعة عشرة مساءاً اجيت الساعة سبعة و نص مساءاً اترك الطفل بلغوني ما النا اي دخل بالطفل اذا طلع مو مسؤولين !!!! طيب شلون و احنة جايين علمود نستمتع و الطفل يستمتع دخلنا معاه المكان هوسة و الكبار اكثر من الصغار و مسؤولين القاعة البنات غير متعاونين بتاتاً و غير لطيفين ابداً اجينا باليوم التالي الساعة الواحدة ظهراً دنترك الطفل و بلغونا ايضاً منتكدرون تخلوا ماكو سوبرفايزر الة تدفعون فلوس مبلغ ١٢٥ درهم بالساعة!!! عدا انه طفلي ضاع من الزحمة غفلت لمدة ثواني و طلعت و بلغت السكيورتي فكرت انه راح عالمسبح شفت ماكو اي كارد يم المسابح و سالت اذا كان اكو سكيورتي يم المسبح بالليل لان اطفال و الحوادث ممكنة صدمة انه ماكو اي كارد يم المسابح! اذا وكع طفل و مات محد موجود بالاضافة الى التاول بالحمام قديم و بي بقع قديمة المجاري مفتوحة بالحمام بدون غطاء و سببت ريحة بعد الاستخدام مسبح الاطفال قذر جداً جداً جداً بحياتي كلهة مشفت هيج شي و بالاضافة الى انه انصدمنا الي يحجز ليلة ميدخل كل المطاعم فقط مطعم واحد و الفاست فود !!!!!!! الفاست فود يعزل الساعة ٥ العصر! و الساعة عشرة ينتهي الاكل بالفندق فقط المشروبات طيب عندي طفل ما اكل و راد اكل الساعة عشرة و نص اضطريت اطلب له طلب من خارج الفندق ! اسوء اقامة بمنتج عكس جميع فروع الركزوس اتمنى تتحسن هذه الامور

It is especially sadness to know that this was your second stay with us, and that it did not meet your expectations. Please let me go with the details as thorough investigation took place. Regarding your request to remove alcoholic beverages from the minibar, we did receive your request. However, our team was unable to enter your room due to the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign being active. At 6:31 PM, when we received the second request and noticed the DND sign had been removed, our team immediately proceeded to fulfill the request and removed the items accordingly. With regard to the Kids Club, I’m truly sorry for your disappointing experience. I would like to clarify that our team is responsible for the children in the Kids Club during operational hours, which are from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Outside of these hours, children must be under parental supervision or allowed to leave freely, based on the parents’ decision. I recognize that this may not have been clearly communicated, and I apologize sincerely for the confusion during your visit. Concerning your serious concern about pool safety, I want to assure you that we have a well-trained team of lifeguards who monitor all pools during operational hours. After closing time, floating signage is placed around the pools to indicate closure and to reinforce safety precautions. In terms of cleanliness, I am very sorry that you found the children's pool and bathroom facilities below standard. Please be informed that our kids' pool is cleaned daily, and often multiple times a day, under strict quality control. Regarding the dining options, our Ultra All-Inclusive package provides a wide variety of meals and beverages throughout the day, with a full buffet available in the main restaurant until 10:00 PM. After that time, additional meals can be ordered through our in-room dining service on a chargeable basis. As I was informed you have shared your experience with my colleague, our Night Manager met with your family and extended a sincere apology on behalf of the hotel and as a way to smooth your unpleasant moments e a complimentary late check-out until 3:00 PM along with a lunch voucher has been extended. Once again, I am truly sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. Your feedback is not being taken lightly, and immediate steps are being taken to prevent such issues in the future. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly and I truly hope that you will give us an opportunity to welcoming you in our hotel again. Warm regards,
