يوجد بعض المسابح مغلقه لوجود صيانه مسبح فوق العمر 16 لايمكن الدخول به إذا مع عائله

Dear Mr Ali A., Thank you for sharing your impressions with us. We appreciate you highlighting the convenient location of our resort and the efficiency of the check-in process. It is also pleasing to know that you found variety in our dining offerings. Regarding the swimming pools, periodic maintenance is carried out to ensure safety and comfort for all guests. Our pool usage policy is designed to balance family-friendly enjoyment while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere across the resort. We understand that these arrangements may not align with every guest’s preferences, and we appreciate your understanding. Our hotel is ISO 22000 certified under the Food Safety Management System, and we maintain strict hygiene and disinfection protocols throughout all areas of the resort. Regular inspections and sample collections are conducted by an independent municipality-approved laboratory, as well as by the RAK Municipality. These inspections cover water, food, pool facilities, staff hygiene, and equipment surfaces. To date, all reports have consistently met and exceeded the required safety standards.
