After reviewing your reservation details, we would like to clarify that the room allocated during your stay was in the Garden View category, which corresponds to the room type originally booked. Therefore, the room provided was in accordance with the confirmed reservation. Should guests wish to upgrade to a Sea View room, this is subject to availability at the time of arrival and can be arranged on a chargeable basis according to the applicable room upgrade rates. We were also concerned to read your comments regarding the air conditioning and bathroom facilities. Unfortunately, no such concerns were reported to our Guest Relations or Engineering teams during your stay. Had we been informed, our team would have responded immediately to inspect the room and take the necessary corrective actions to ensure your comfort. Guest satisfaction remains one of our highest priorities, and our teams are available 24 hours a day to assist with any maintenance or room-related concerns that may arise during a stay.
