Regarding your arrival experience, our records confirm that the rooms were inspected and prepared prior to being released. As a gesture of hospitality, we were pleased to provide the majority of your rooms ahead of our official check-in time of 3:00 PM, with the first rooms allocated from 1:51 PM onwards. The remaining rooms were provided as soon as they became available. One room was assigned later due to the arrival time of its occupants; however, it was provided immediately upon their arrival without any additional waiting time. With regard to the room allocation, our team made every effort to accommodate your preference for rooms located close to one another. However, due to availability and the specific room categories reserved, it was unfortunately not possible to assign all five rooms directly next to each other. Our investigation also confirmed that the housekeeping requests received during your stay were attended to. However, we identified some delays in attending to certain requests. We recognize that these requests should have been addressed more promptly and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the minibar and coffee tray amenities, our records indicate that the rooms were released with the standard amenities in place, and we were unable to identify any concerns reported to our team regarding these items during the stay. Nevertheless, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have shared your comments with the relevant team for further review. To provide a more comfortable departure experience, we were also pleased to extend complimentary late check-out until 1:30 PM for all rooms.
