Excellent location for getting around . Depending on your room it can be a little noisy from the trams and I’d recommend getting up early if you want a hot shower . The room was very clean , spacious and had the usual non alcoholic drinks tray ( a lack of herbal tea ). The staff were very helpful and friendly .

We try to stay at the Batman on Collins every single time we come to Melbourne. What we love most is its proximity to Southern Cross Station, which makes it easy taking the Skybus to and from the airport straight into Melbourne CBD. We had a renovated room on the third floor and it was just perfect. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom.... everything you could possibly need for a great night. The reception staff are always so very helpful and friendly. Finally, the room rates are very reasonable for such a great location and comfortable room

Very convenient location for the Airbus and Melbourne public transport. Room was very quiet (even on Friday and saturday nights) and we received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. Able to drop bags early and retrieve later. A great stay!

Tiny rooms, very old hotel - if your room faces Great Southern hotel can be very noisey in the morning. good location though but I would look at other hotels in the Accor chain elsewhere over Batman if staying in Melbourne unless you really needed to be there in that location.

Overall we are satisfied with our stay except below issue: Please label the shower room tap for hot water and cold water with H and C. We had a hard time adjusting water temperature when we just want to take quick shower and hit the bed after a day out. We hope this can be improved. Thank you.
