Customer service was excellent including a very thorough job by cleaning staff. Breakfast is mediocre in range, quality and cost. Room is dark especially the toilet bathroom. Location is great for food and transportation.

Good location,still in Ginza area but a bit further from center of Ginza (comparing mercure Ginza),Service is Ok overall (still can be improve)..sometimes the housekeeping forgot to refill the toothpaste and complementary water (I'm Accor Platinum).. Never had the chance to experince the breakfast or the lounge, so can't commented on that.. But it is still near to simbashi station (walking distance) so it is very convinience,good neighbourhood..

We liked the location very much . However we did think the decor was rather dark , the rooms quite small which really did not need a small round table to make the room even more of a “squeeze “
